The Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (HERA) opened a public debate on the Methodology for Determining the Non-Standard Services Price, i.e. price of transportation, distribution, and storage of gas, and public service of gas supply. The existing decision was adopted on 17 December 2013, and it states that the provider of non-standard services is allowed to submit a proposal amending the current non-standard services prices. Gas transmission operator, Plinacro, Ltd, sent a letter of notification to the HERA on 8 September 2016, suggesting the enlisting of the new service, related to the management of the compressor station, currently managed by the Hungarian transmission system operator (Croatian gas transportation system does not contain a compressor station). The usage of the new non-standard service will be time-limited until 31 December 2017, when the completion of a Croatian compressor station is forecast to be completed. The public debate on these new amendments will remain open until 30 September, and all  interested stakeholders can submit their suggestions and comments via the electronic form available on the HERA’s web-page…
