HANFA Approves Publishing Takeover Bid for Suncani Hvar Hotels

On 13 June, a public auction was held at the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) to sell state shares in the Suncani Hvar Hotels. However, there were no offers. On 17 June, Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) issued a decision to approve the publication of the takeover bid by the Slovakian company PTR Prime Tourist Resorts, registered in Cyprus. PTR Prime Tourist Resorts already has a 61.95% share in the capital of Suncani Hvar Hotels. Prior to that, the company held 46.18% share in the capital, and afterwards they purchased 15.77% share from the Orco Property Group.
