HAKOM: Public Auction for Allocation of Remaining 1800 MHz Spectrum
The HAKOM announced a public auction for the issuance of licences for the use of radio frequency spectrums for public mobile electronic communications networks within the territory of Croatia. It is a part of the radio frequency spectrum that allows for the mobile communication services of the second, third, and fourth generations, whereby the services based on high speed data transfer are offered to users.
The selection criterion is the lowest price. In the frequency range, the allocation of two frequency blocks has been predicted. The bidding procedure closes on 5 November 2015.
