GOVERNMENT: Visa Regime Regulation
LPJ Issue 133, 18 May 2015
The government adopted a regulation harmonized with the Foreigners Act. It cancels visas for crew members of civil aircraft who provide the internationally recognised Crew Member Certificate (CMC). It also cancels visas for crew members of aircraft and ships involved in emergency and rescue missions, in the event of natural disasters or accidents.
It stipulates the obligation of every citizen of a third country (non-EU) to possess €70 for each day in Croatia, instead of the previous requirement of €100 per day. In cases where the individual possesses a letter of guarantee or proof of paid travel arrangements, the obligatory amount is reduced from €50 to €30 per day.
